One wintery night, a group of friends gathered to celebrate Christmas with tapas, vino, and a white elephant gift exchange. Laura made her way through the party to greet the gracious host Kori. There, she met a boy named Dan.

We hit the slopes, danced to live music, and adventured around. A few months later, on a camping trip into the Owyhees, we hiked along the ridges and sagebrush, found a place to settle in to watch the sunset, and both shared how much we loved each other.

From there, we became Dan & Laura.
